Recruitment Process

We endeavor throughout the year to place correct nominees in the right positions. Competency is one of the criteria that we place the most importance on in Zeren Mali Müşavirlik's recruitment process. Regardless of the issue on which they are evaluated, we expect our nominees to have certain values.

These values, such as teamwork, efficient communication, cooperation development, being result oriented and sensitivity to taxpayers, play an important role in recruitment.

Our company offers jobs to those nominees who are found appropriate as a result of these evaluations, and we start to work with the nominee who is most appropriate for the position. Our purpose here is to question the knowledge, skills and competencies of individuals and ensure their placement into a department which is appropriate for their qualifications.

We are aware of the fact that the most important element in achieving our objectives is the happiness of employees. We believe that those with self-confidence, who pursue their dreams and put them into practice, will be happier.
